Great variety of watchd: Tudo, Cartier-Bresson, longiness and a wide selection of Rolex. A young dark skin member of staff was particularly nice to me.
My greatest watch experience so far, thanks to all the choice you have between new and certified pre-owned watches, but most importantly for me, the knowledge, care and time taken by their staff, especially Damian! It's rare to see someone being as professional with people who took many days to even decide if they were going to purchase a watch. Thanks to Bucherer and the time taken by Damian, I got to find the perfect watch for me and that will remembered everytime I wear it!

In 2020 I began a hunt for a Rolex GMT Master ll otherwise known as āThe Batmanā. The hunt lasted two years. I searched every crevice on earth for the watch and even received a bogus offer to purchase the watch but only if I wired the money. I declined the offer if you were wondering. By the time I walked into the Bucherer at Bryant Park, in 2022, I was not too optimistic, but I figured how could it hurt. I was concerned that the watch would be retired before I was able to purchase it. I spoke to a Sales Professional at Bucherer named, Ms. Lopez. Our conversation made me that she would actually deliver the watch. About six months later, I was a happy owner of the Rolex GMT Master ll Batman. I am happy to have met Ms. Lopez, and lucky that she assisted me on that day. She is easy-going honest, and hard working. I hope to do business in the future with Ms. Lopez.
Stopped by to buy some last minute closing gifts. The wait was a little long but thatās expected in such a high traffic area. We were assisted by Alana. She was incredibly helpful, knowledge, and overall very pleasant to work with.
I HIGHLY recommend this Bucherer location. Since day one they have treated me amazingly and have been super honest and knowledgeable during the process. I have been fortunate enough to work with Calixto and I really canāt say enough about his character. He is truly one of a kind and words canāt describe how kind and amazing he is. He is super helpful in any facet and canāt wait to continue working with him, we are family at this point and Iām not even exaggerating.

Catastrophic customer experience. Appointment made in advance to try out a model. Once there, no watches are available, either to try on or to buy. an aberration for such an important store in the Bucherer network. Received on a corner of the table of a competing brand to discuss everything and nothing as if I was sold to do the discussion.
